    Pacific Tiger prawns and bay shrimp served scampi-style, with artichoke hearts, green onion, tomatoes and Fettucini noodles.
     
    CALAMARI STEAK
    Panko breaded and pan-seared. Topped with our Garlic Parmesan Butter.
     
    COCONUT SHRIMP STACK
    Served with our Spicy Marmalade for Dipping.
     
    SEARED AHI
    Seared rare and glazed with a soy-ginger sauce.


    SIDEWINDER SALADS
     
    STEAK HOUSE COBB
    Our sliced Flat Iron steak char-fired to order on top of fresh greens, diced beefsteak tomatoes, avocado, egg, sweet red onions, and crumbled bleu cheese.
     
    "OLD-WEST" CHICKEN
    Crisp Romaine, chopped Fuji apples, salami, bleu cheese crumbles, avocado, tomatoes, caramelized walnuts and sliced campfire chicken breast. Withour creamy balsamic vinegar.

    Sliced Chicken breast medallions basted with Jack's Spicy BBQ Sauce, topped with Jack & Cheddar cheeses and bacon, served on onion tanglers.

    Sliced chicken breast pan-seared with bacon, mushrooms and marsala wine, tossed with fettuccini noodles and loaded with jack cheese.  
    GARLIC CHICKEN AND MUSHROOMS
    Char-fired sliced chicken breast smothered with sautéed mushrooms and roasted garlic.


    DESSERTS
    CINNAMON ROLL BREAD PUDDING
    Sourdough Bread Pudding with a “Cinnamon Roll” twist, sliced Thick then Skillet-Fried with Caramel Sauce and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
    MOLTEN LAVA CAKE
    Moist chocolate cake filled with a dark chocolate truffle served warm with Vanilla Bean ice cream.
