"My family and I just returned home to Georgia after a ten day excursion across sixteen different states, not including our own. While away, we made a point of stopping for dinner every night in a restaurant that was either unusual or recommended to us by our hotel staff.

Cool Hand Luke's was a recommendation that we are so glad to have followed up on. The rest of the way home, every restaurant we stopped at was compared to yours, and not one measured up. My boyfriend, a huge fan of steak, and not one to give compliments easily, even says that yours is the best steak he's EVER had.

Not only was the food fantastic, but the staff was incredible too - we were greeted with a hearty welcome by the host when we walked out, treated to an informative and welcoming waitress, and then even bid farewell as we left. Service like that is not present everywhere - trust me, by this time, I know! - and it's those little things that leave me with only the regret that we don't have a Cool Hand Luke's in Georgia. If only!"

"I took my nephew to your Clovis location yesterday for a end of summer/beginning of school dinner(because he loves steak and shrimp). The service, the food, and the restaurant were perfect. Our waiters name was Scott. There are a lot of Steak houses in our area, but this was the closest to our house and had never been there before. Let me just say that the steak was so juicy and tender we didnt even need the steak knife. I am glad your establishment made his weekend before school great. He is still raving about how yummy it was. We will be going back for years to come...Scott (our waiter) was awesome, and deserves some recognition."

"Hi - I showed up at 4PM on Wed. for your first beer customer. I was very impressed with the décor, personnel and menu so I brought my wife in last night to celebrate her 39th birthday. She ordered the scampi which was excellent. I have had my mouth watering for a good rib-eye steak for several months, so I ordered the 13 ozer. Not to butter you up, but my steak either was the best I've ever had or at the least tied for first!!! My wife, who really doesn't like steak, ate a few bites of mine and said it was outstanding. Besides, the fresh sour-dough rolls, beans and salad were very good. Putting the sauteed mushrooms and garlic cloves on my steak was the finishing touch. At my first visit I inquired as to why I had seen no advertisement; I was told you depended on word-off-mouth recommendatons - believe me, you will be inundated with customers from now on. Thanks for a great meal, ambience and service! Keep up the good work.

(I'll see you regularly for a beer and on occasion for dinner - as old farts we don't eat out often.)
